Resveratrol considered as the most potent anti oxidant of 21st century. Resveratrol is found in the skin of certain plants such as red grapes, raspberries, mulberries, blueberries, cranberries and red wine. It is mostly concentrated in red wine. It is known as 'phytolexin', which is produced by plants to fight the bacterial and fungal infections of the plant.
